Lay-Away Plan  
 

Lets make it easy and simple for you to own the shears you want even if you can’t afford them right now or do not want to pay the full price of the shears right now.  That’s what LAY-AWAY is, we can help.

With the Lay-away plan there are no discounts or free shipping.

 1.  DOWN PAYMENT:  20% of shear price.

2.  TAKE YOUR TIME: Two to six (2-6) months to pay, you decide how long.

3.  LAY-AWAY SERVICE CHARGES:  None.

4.  MONTHLY PAYMENTS:  This plan is handled internally by Xtreme Shears.  If you use your credit card, it will be on file through Merchant Service or PayPal.  All Merchant Service or PayPal processing fees (your credit card processing charges), incured by Xtreme Shears, will be added to your final bill. We will credit the monthly payment to your account and you will receive a monthly statement.

     If you choose to use a personal check we will process it through our bank, as soon as it clears, it will be credted to your account and you will receive a monthly statement showing the credited amount and your remaining balance.

5.  YOUR ORDER:  We will order your new shears from the manufacturer after we have received full payment of your shears.  Credit card processing fees and S&H charge added to the final payment.

6.  PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:  Monthly payments at least every thirty (30) days.

7.  CANCELLATION AND REFUND:  No refunds are available for our lay-away program.  Funds collected may be used for another purchase up to the amount collected in your account.
